Simply return your items with no questions asked and purchase new hardware for equal or greater value. You have no risk and we guarantee customer satisfaction. You will pay no restocking fees if you return your order and purchase new hardware of equal or greater value.
Before you return your order, please call our offices to inform us of the reason for your return and to get an RGA/RMA number. We will acquire an RGA or RMA number from the manufacturer for you, and give you the RGA/RMA number and instructions for shipment. Please return your item using the same packaging in which it came, so that it will not be damaged in transit.
