Knobbery uses UPS Ground for shipments. All shipments must be signed for upon receipt because UPS will not leave packages at your door and your order may be returned to the manufacturer. UPS will not ship to post office boxes, so please provide a street address.

Most items can ship within 3–5 business days, so your orders may be delivered within 5–10 business days. We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.95, regardless of the size of the shipment.

If your order is over $99, we will credit your purchase the $7.95 shipping charge. This offer applies to UPS Ground shipping in the lower 48 states.

Expedited Shipping

If you wish to expedite your order, you may request 2-day air, 3-day air, or overnight shipping. Please call us to arrange expedited shipping. Charges for expedited shipping are not calculated until after your order has been processed by UPS. In other words, we cannot give you a price for expedited shipping until after your order has been shipped.

In general, overnight shipping costs begin at $49. Usually 2nd day air costs $39 and 3-day air costs $29. These are only approximate costs; the actual cost will be determined by the weight of your shipment. The larger the weight and quantity of the pieces in your order, the more it will cost to expedite shipment. And, of course, location is also a factor.
